As a School District Employee needing my experience verified, do I need to register for an account?No. For Experience Verifications, you can make those requests here. For Employment & Income Verifications, direct your lender to www.Verifent.com and they will register for an account and make the request.

Do you offer invoicing?Verifent does offer invoicing. Please reach out to our team at support@verifent.com, to apply. Invoicing takes place monthly, if you are approved for invoicing, you will still have the option to pay by credit card per transaction.

How do I find my receipt?Log in. Visit the ‘Pending Requests’ page. Click on the orange receipt icon. Click HERE for more detailed steps.

As an Employer or Verifier, where do I find my completed verifications?As an Employer, log in, click on the ‘Completed Forms’ page on the left-side toolbar. As a Commercial Verifier, log in, and click on the ‘Completed Requests’ page on the left-side toolbar. As a School District Verifier, log in, and click on the ‘Completed EV Requests’ page on the left-side toolbar.

I’m a School District needing to verify experience on a new hire. Where do I start?Register as a Verifier (School District) and, from the dashboard, go to the ‘New Experience Verification (EV)’ page on the left-side toolbar. Click HERE for more detailed steps.

What is an Organization Code and where do I find it?When a verifier makes a request through the Verifent website they are required to enter an employer name or Organization Code. The Organization Code identifies the company that the Verifier is making the request from. You can locate it on the upper left side of the Employer dashboard.

What is the difference between a commercial Verifier and a government Verifier?A commercial verifier is anyone that is not a government agency; i.e., mortgage company, auto finance, apartment complex, pre-employment screening, credit card, etc… A government verifier is a government agency looking to assist a consumer. i.e., SNAP, TANF, WIC, child support, Medicaid, subsidized housing, etc...
